You can quickly see what mode your Reach phone is in. Here are the 3 options below:
Reach calls through the internet. Dial a number or contact and you call directly through the Reach interface. Incoming calls show up differently than normal calls so you can answer appropriately. You will always know when someone is calling your Reach number.
Reach uses your cellular data plan or wifi. As long as you have an internet connection, you can use Reach. This applies if you’re out of the country as well.
We take call quality seriously. Your call quality depends on the strength of your internet connection. If your internet connection is strong, you’re HD calling experience will be great.

Currently Reach is available in the US and Canada. If you travel out of the country, as long as you have a data connection or WIFI, you will receive Reach calls and texts.
